The cause of my back pain was not physical, but rather emotional.

Following my incredibly challenging pregnancy in 2020, I felt completely shattered.

It felt as though I had embarked on a mission and failed miserably, left wounded and lost in the midst of a brutal battle, burdened with intense back pain.

Seeking help, I turned to my energy healer and teacher, who aided me in my healing process.

Placing her hand on my back, she made me realize that I had unconsciously constructed a narrative in my mind that convinced me that "Creating babies and motherhood had destroyed me," and that this pain was somehow materializing in my lower back.

This realization hit me so profoundly that it brought tears to my eyes.

I wept because I understood that I had been carrying an immense amount of shame, guilt, and pain within me.

However, I recognized that this was merely a story that I had fabricated in my thoughts.

I knew I had a choice to make: either continue to tell myself this story or change it.

And so, I decided to rewrite my narrative.

I transformed my story into one of a woman who confronted her greatest fears in life and emerged victorious in a remarkable manner.

I shifted from feeling broken to feeling like a fierce, brave, and powerful woman, as well as a fantastic mother.

Through the experience of giving birth, I had become stronger, wiser, and more empowered, rather than broken.

In fact, I had rebuilt myself even better than before after being shattered.

And you know what happened after enduring a year of excruciating back pain? It vanished!

My back pain disappeared completely and never returned.

I share this story not to seek praise or boast, but to inspire and empower others.

I open up and share my vulnerabilities to acknowledge that there have been moments in my life when I have felt utterly broken.

Yet, I am still here, alive, and standing tall. And that power resides within you as well ❤️
